If there's one thing I've learned so far in this industry...Or at least amongst my peers...It's this. You can bring the horse to the water...But you can't force him to drink. Not everybody will be able to see your vision, or be as driven to work as hard as you, or even care enough to take advantage of the gifts they've been given.
